					<description><![CDATA[Booked and Released as used by jail personnel refers to when a person comes into jail - 1) they turn themselves in or 2) they are brought in by LE. The person under goes the complete booking process I.e., their information is gathered (including their charges), they are fingerprinted, photos are taken and they have a bond or court order which allows them to be released at that time. In case of a bondable offense, once a bondsman comes to the jail and post the bond you can then be released once you sign a contract with the bonding company.]]></description>
