Is there anything we can do to get his license sooner? The forms for the new law Section 41-6a-517 has only two checks about driving under the influence, he has never driven a car. It seems toxic to check the box, it is required to be able to correctly file the forms to the court.

If you can give insight on my question, it would be appreciated.
